    Elisa Mead

    Elisa Mead carries on a family tradition dating back to 1973. This unique mead is made from premium Czech honey, without heat processing, to preserve all the valuable substances of the honey. After fermentation, it rests in deep, climate-controlled cellars, where it matures to perfection.

    The foundation is honey from hardworking Czech bees and water treated using Bio Control System technology. A blend of herbs and spices gives the mead its distinctive and rich flavor. Elisa Original is still prepared according to the original recipe.

    You can also taste other varieties: almond mead, walnut mead, cinnamon mead, or cherry mead. Discover also unconventional or vintage meads in limited editions.
