Cinnamon Mead Elisa
A perfect marriage of delicious honey flavor and the scent of cinnamon. Cinnamon mead is a warm embrace that caresses you with the gentle aroma of cinnamon and the rich sweetness of honey.
Elisa is produced according to the original family recipe since 1973. It is made from the best Czech honeys using a non-thermal process to preserve all the important substances of bee honey.
Walnut Mead Elisa
A very gentle mead with a pleasant aroma, a perfect combination of sweet honey and the taste of walnuts.
Both meads can be consumed chilled or heated. In the summer months, they are wonderfully refreshing when served at a temperature of 12-16 degrees Celsius. In winter, the mead should be heated in an uncovered container to a maximum temperature of 50 to 60 degrees Celsius to prevent it from boiling. A slice of lemon can be added to both cold and warm mead.
Forest Honey Elisa
Forest honey is a unique and delicious honey that will bring you an unforgettable experience. This honey, where bees collect honeydew that occurs at a certain time of year on the leaves and needles of various trees, is known for its delicate taste that reminds you of the delicious, sweet nectar of nature. Its aroma is full and rich, making it a pleasant treat for all honey lovers.

The taste of this honey is balanced and harmonious, with a pleasant sweet tone. Thanks to its nutritional values and properties, this flower honey is an ideal choice for daily consumption.
Beeswax Candle
This candle is hand-poured from pure beeswax of the highest quality. Compared to classic paraffin candles, it offers many advantages – it is 100% natural, smells gently of honey, burns with a calm flame without spluttering, can neutralize unpleasant odors (including cigarette smoke), improves air quality, and also has a positive effect on our well-being and senses.
The candle burns for about 5 hours.

We are traditional producers of Elisa mead from Nivnice, in the southeastern part of Moravia. Our mead has been produced to this day according to the original family recipe from 1973.
Elisa Mead
Elisa mead is made exclusively by a cold process from the highest quality Czech honey, with no added sugar and no fortification. Fermentation takes place using water treated with Bio Control System technology, which corresponds to pristine water from the depths of the earth. After maturing in deep, climate-controlled cellars and gentle filtration, the drink achieves crystal clarity and premium quality.
We regularly convince not only customers, but also expert juries at prestigious competitions of the exceptional taste of Elisa mead.
