Elisa Original Mead is the flagship product of the Elisa brand. We make it from quality Czech honey using a gentle process without heat treatment. No boiling and no shortcuts – just quality honey, plenty of time and the original family recipe from 1973. The mead is made without added sugar or spirit.

Elisa Honey Beer. Everyone knows beer. But honest beer blended with real mead? That is our speciality, combining the pleasant bitterness of beer with the sweet notes of mead.

Elisa Mountain Meadow Honey is a high-quality honey from the area around the Nechranice Reservoir and the Doupov Mountains and comes with a decorative honey dipper. Its flavour is balanced and harmonious, with a pleasantly sweet note.

Elisa Apricot Chutney combines the fruity flavour of apricots with red onion, ginger and fragrant spices. The result is a thick sweet-and-sour sauce that adds flair to meat, cheese and vegetables. Sweet, mildly spicy and pleasantly aromatic – in short, an apricot that is not afraid to stand out. It pairs beautifully with grilled or roasted meat, stronger cheeses and vegetables. Serve it with savoury crackers, add it to a burger or sandwich, or use it as an unusual accompaniment whenever you want to give a dish a fruity and spicy twist.

Elisa Chilli Sauce delivers a generous dose of chilli without overpowering the flavour of the food itself. It is just spicy enough for anyone who enjoys a little fire on their plate but does not want to call the fire brigade during dinner. A simple recipe containing 60% chilli peppers, with nothing unnecessary added. It pairs beautifully with roasted or grilled meat, cheese and vegetables. Add it to a marinade, homemade dip or directly to your plate – how much you use is entirely up to your courage.
