Cherry Mead. This mead from Nivnice in the Slovácko region comes in an attractive bottle and is made according to our original recipe from 1973. Its foundation is honey and water treated with Bio Control System technology. Thanks to its delicious taste, Cherry Mead won a gold medal at the prestigious Great American IWC 2017 competition in New York.
Cinnamon Mead. A delicious pairing of honey flavour and the scent of cinnamon. Elisa Cinnamon Mead is like a warm embrace, with a gentle cinnamon aroma and the rich sweetness of honey. Warmed up, it fills the home with a wonderful fragrance.
Almond Mead. A balanced blend of almond flavour and sweet honey. This harmonious combination creates a drink that delights the senses and leaves a delicate taste on the tongue.
Raspberries in Honey. Premium Czech honey enriched with dried, ground raspberries of RAW quality. Perfect for sweetening breakfast, adding to smoothies or using as an original ice cream topping.
Strawberry Jam. Made with a generous 70% of the finest, sweetest strawberries, complemented by quality cane sugar and a hint of lemon.
Pohlazení pro duši Tea. A herbal blend with a delicate scent of lavender and flowers. Our fragrant tea is like a soft blanket wrapping you in warmth. It brings a welcome moment of calm and helps you settle into well-deserved rest at the end of the day.

We are traditional producers of Elisa mead from Nivnice, in the southeastern part of Moravia. Our mead has been produced to this day according to the original family recipe from 1973.
Elisa Mead
Elisa mead is made exclusively by a cold process from the highest quality Czech honey, with no added sugar and no fortification. Fermentation takes place using water treated with Bio Control System technology, which corresponds to pristine water from the depths of the earth. After maturing in deep, climate-controlled cellars and gentle filtration, the drink achieves crystal clarity and premium quality.
We regularly convince not only customers, but also expert juries at prestigious competitions of the exceptional taste of Elisa mead.

Taste our single-flower and flavored honeys as well. Every jar combines honest bee work with the richness of nature, and thanks to stylish packaging (often with a wooden honey dipper), it serves as a wonderful gift.
