• Delivery time and prepayment: Due to the engraving process, please allow a lead time of 7 to 10 days. As these are custom-made products, they cannot be shipped via cash on delivery and must be paid for in advance.
• Handmade: Barrels are shaped by hand. Small air bubbles, fine streaks, or lines in the glass are a natural sign of production and are not defects.
• Care and cleaning: Before first use, rinse the barrel with lukewarm water and a disinfectant.
• Temperature caution: Never pour boiling water into the barrel and avoid rapid temperature changes to prevent the glass from cracking.
• Wooden stand: The shade of the wood may vary slightly from the photograph depending on the manufacturer's current batch.
