Original Mead is the flagship product of the Elisa brand. Its distinctive bittersweet taste comes from quality honey, herbs and spices. The mead can be enjoyed chilled or warm. Elisa mead is made according to the original family recipe dating back to 1973. It contains no added sugar or added alcohol, and its base consists of honey and water treated using Bio Control System technology.
Elisa Honey from Mountain Meadows is a premium-quality honey from the area surrounding the Nechranice Reservoir and the Doupov Mountains. It comes with a gift honey dipper. Its flavour is balanced and harmonious, with a pleasantly sweet note.
Elisa Honey Wafers with Ginger. Treat the recipient to a sweet reward baked with love and tradition in the heart of Moravian Slovakia. Elisa Honey Wafers with Ginger combine the delicate sweetness of real blossom honey with the gently spicy note of warming ginger.

We are traditional producers of Elisa mead from Nivnice, in the southeastern part of Moravia. Our mead has been produced to this day according to the original family recipe from 1973.
Elisa Mead
Elisa mead is made exclusively by a cold process from the highest quality Czech honey, with no added sugar and no fortification. Fermentation takes place using water treated with Bio Control System technology, which corresponds to pristine water from the depths of the earth. After maturing in deep, climate-controlled cellars and gentle filtration, the drink achieves crystal clarity and premium quality.
We regularly convince not only customers, but also expert juries at prestigious competitions of the exceptional taste of Elisa mead.

Taste our single-flower and flavored honeys as well. Every jar combines honest bee work with the richness of nature, and thanks to stylish packaging (often with a wooden honey dipper), it serves as a wonderful gift.
