Refresh your taste buds with our almond mead, which combines the rich sweetness of honey with the delicious aroma of almonds. This harmonious combination creates a drink that caresses your senses and leaves a trail of delicate flavour on your tongue.

Traditional, honest mead from the Moravia region. Elisa has been produced according to the original family recipe since 1973. It is made from the best Czech honey in a non-thermal way to preserve all the important substances of bee honey. After fermentation, it matures in deep, air-conditioned cellars. It is based on honey and water treated with Bio Control System technology. A blend of herbs and spices gives the mead its unmistakable flavour.

Refreshing in summer and warming in winter. The mead can be consumed both chilled and cooked. In the summer months, it is refreshing when served at a temperature of 12 to 16 degrees Celsius. In winter, heat mead in an uncovered container to a maximum temperature of 50 to 60 degrees Celsius to prevent it from boiling. A slice of lemon can be added to both cold and warm mead.

Mám ráda medovinu. Vyzkoušela jsem jich několik...ale medovina Elisa nemá konkurenci.

Met Elisa ist eine Marke aus dem kleinen Dorf Nivnice in der Region Morava, im östlichen Teil der Tschechischen Republik. Der Met wird nach dem Originalrezept aus dem Jahr 1973 hergestellt, das von Herrn Václav Hromčík erfunden wurde.

Elisa ist ein Getränk von außergewöhnlicher Qualität, das durch die Kombination des Originalrezepts mit Wasser entsteht, das mit der Bio Control System-Technologie aufbereitet wird. Das für die Herstellung von Met verwendete Wasser hat ähnliche Eigenschaften wie unbelastetes, jungfräuliches Wasser aus dem Inneren der Erde. Diese reine Form wirkt sich positiv auf den Gärungs- und Reifungsprozess aus, was zu der besonderen Qualität dieses köstlichen Getränks beiträgt.

Der Met wird ausschließlich im Kaltverfahren aus einer Kombination von hochwertigem Honig aus tschechischer Produktion hergestellt. Nach der vollständigen Gärung wird er in tiefen, klimatisierten Kellern gelagert. Die abschließende Filtration erfolgt mit Hilfe moderner Filtrationsanlagen, die dem Getränk sein klares Aussehen und seinen unverwechselbaren Glanz verleihen.
