Elisa Chilli Mead is made according to the original family recipe from 1973. Its foundation is honey and water treated using Bio Control System technology. The mead is made without added sugar or spirit. The combination of honey and oriental spices gives it an interesting, mildly spicy flavour that develops with every sip. Elisa Chilli Mead is best served chilled.

Elisa Chilli Sauce delivers a generous dose of chilli without overpowering the flavour of the food itself. It is just spicy enough for anyone who enjoys a little fire on their plate but does not want to call the fire brigade during dinner. A simple recipe containing 60% chilli peppers, with nothing unnecessary added. It pairs beautifully with roasted or grilled meat, cheese and vegetables. Add it to a marinade, homemade dip or directly to your plate – how much you use is entirely up to your courage.

Elisa Honey with Dried Ginger combines the natural sweetness of honey with the pleasantly spicy flavour of ginger. Enjoy it by the spoonful or add it to tea, where it provides sweetness together with a warming ginger note.

We are traditional producers of Elisa mead from Nivnice, in the southeastern part of Moravia. Our mead has been produced to this day according to the original family recipe from 1973.

Elisa Mead

Elisa mead is made exclusively by a cold process from the highest quality Czech honey, with no added sugar and no fortification. Fermentation takes place using water treated with Bio Control System technology, which corresponds to pristine water from the depths of the earth. After maturing in deep, climate-controlled cellars and gentle filtration, the drink achieves crystal clarity and premium quality.

We regularly convince not only customers, but also expert juries at prestigious competitions of the exceptional taste of Elisa mead.
