Original Mead is the flagship of the Elisa brand. We make it from high-quality Czech honey using a gentle process without heating. No boiling or shortcuts – just quality honey, plenty of time and the original family recipe dating back to 1973. The mead contains no added sugar or spirits.
Cinnamon Mead. A delicious pairing of honey flavour and the scent of cinnamon. Elisa Cinnamon Mead is like a warm embrace, with a gentle cinnamon aroma and the rich sweetness of honey. Warmed up, it fills the home with a wonderful fragrance.
Cinnamon in Honey. A treat made with honey and Ceylon cinnamon. Our Cinnamon in Honey is made from carefully selected creamed honey, loved for its smooth, delicious taste.
Forest Honey. Bees make this honey from honeydew found on the leaves and needles of various trees at certain times of the year. It is known for its delicate flavour, reminiscent of nature’s sweet nectar.
Ointment with Propolis. This traditional propolis ointment has a pronounced regenerating effect and is suitable for regular care of dry, stressed and problem-prone skin. It cares for dry and cracked areas and helps keep the skin supple and protected.
Pohlazení pro duši Tea. A herbal blend with a delicate scent of lavender and flowers. Our fragrant tea is like a soft blanket wrapping you in warmth. It brings a welcome moment of calm and helps you settle into well-deserved rest at the end of the day.
Elisa Soaps. Honey soap, shea butter soap and aloe vera soap add a little self-care to the treats. Each soap comes in its own jute pouch with a gift tag, making it a small present in its own right. A practical, fragrant finishing touch that makes the box a delight beyond its flavours.

We are traditional producers of Elisa mead from Nivnice, in the southeastern part of Moravia. Our mead has been produced to this day according to the original family recipe from 1973.
Elisa Mead
Elisa mead is made exclusively by a cold process from the highest quality Czech honey, with no added sugar and no fortification. Fermentation takes place using water treated with Bio Control System technology, which corresponds to pristine water from the depths of the earth. After maturing in deep, climate-controlled cellars and gentle filtration, the drink achieves crystal clarity and premium quality.
We regularly convince not only customers, but also expert juries at prestigious competitions of the exceptional taste of Elisa mead.

Taste our single-flower and flavored honeys as well. Every jar combines honest bee work with the richness of nature, and thanks to stylish packaging (often with a wooden honey dipper), it serves as a wonderful gift.
