The flower honey is processed by the method of spreading the original natural crystallisation of the honey in the cold by means of a mechanical trapping device. In this gentle way, all the valuable substances contained in the honey are preserved. Honey treated in this way no longer crystallises and is easy to spread, but does not flow. Mostly the first spring flowering honeys are used for pasteurisation. The honey has a fine, creamy consistency and a delicious taste that will surely delight you.
