Elisa Mead is made according to the original family recipe from 1973. It contains no sugar or alcohol and is based on honey and water treated with Bio Control System technology.
Blueberry Elisa Mead
The limited edition blueberry mead is a delicious combination of the taste of honey and sweet blueberries. Every sip is like a walk through a forest, where the sweetness of honey and the juiciness of blueberries meet.
Meade can be consumed chilled or heated. In the summer months, it is wonderfully refreshing when served at a temperature of 12-16 degrees Celsius. In winter, we heat mead in an uncovered container to a maximum temperature of 50 to 60 degrees Celsius so that it does not boil.
