Storage: Our jams dislike direct sunlight and extreme temperatures, so after opening, store them in the refrigerator at 4–8 °C and consume within 7 days.

We are traditional producers of Elisa mead from Nivnice, in the southeastern part of Moravia. Our mead has been produced to this day according to the original family recipe from 1973.
Elisa Mead
Elisa mead is made exclusively by a cold process from the highest quality Czech honey, with no added sugar and no fortification. Fermentation takes place using water treated with Bio Control System technology, which corresponds to pristine water from the depths of the earth.
