Apricot chutney combines the fruity taste of apricots with red onion, ginger and aromatic spices. The result is a thick sweet-and-sour sauce that adds a special twist to meat, cheese and vegetables. Sweet, mildly spicy and pleasantly aromatic – in short, an apricot that is not afraid to stand out.

What does our apricot sauce taste best with?
It pairs beautifully with grilled or roasted meat, mature cheeses and vegetables. Serve it with savoury crackers, add it to a burger or sandwich, or use it as an unusual accompaniment whenever you want to give your food a fruity and spicy twist.
Ingredients: apricots (43%), red onion, apples, ginger, cane sugar, apple cider vinegar, spice blend (chilli, sweet paprika, allspice, black pepper, cinnamon, fennel, anise, cloves), salt.
Storage: Protect from heat and direct sunlight. Once opened, store in the refrigerator at 4–8°C and consume within 4 weeks.

Elisa Mead
Elisa mead is made exclusively by a cold process from the highest quality Czech honey, with no added sugar and no fortification. Fermentation takes place using water treated with Bio Control System technology, which corresponds to pristine water from the depths of the earth. After maturing in deep, climate-controlled cellars and gentle filtration, the drink achieves crystal clarity and premium quality.
