Elisa Honey Beer is a unique combination of two crafts – a light lager from the Hrádek Slavičín brewery and the original Elisa mead.
The result is a lager that retains the traditional beer character while surprising with subtle sweetness and an elegant touch of honey.
The base is a bottom-fermented beer with a full body and moderate bitterness. The addition of Elisa mead gives the beverage a new dimension: the mead does not overpower the beer's taste but naturally accentuates it – with honey notes, a light herbal line, and pleasant freshness.
Original Elisa Mead
The original mead is the flagship of the Elisa brand. Its unique bittersweet taste is the result of honest honey, herbs, and spices. The mead can be consumed chilled or heated.
Elisa Mead is made according to the original family recipe from 1973. It contains no sugar or spirits, and its base is honey and water treated with the Bio Control System technology.
Elisa Chilli Mead
The marriage of honey and oriental spices gives the mead an interesting, lightly spicy flavour that deepens with every sip. Elisa Chilli Mead tastes best chilled.
