The archive mead Elisa, vintage 2019, is a masterful combination of honey and selected herbs. The mead, with no added sugar or alcohol, is made according to the original family recipe from 1973. Thanks to several years of barrel ageing, it offers a perfect taste experience.
The original mead is Elisa's flagship product. Its unique bittersweet taste is the result of the honey, herbs and spices used. This mead has won many awards in the Czech Republic and abroad and is our best-selling mead.
