Order notice:

• Delivery time and prepayment: Preparing a custom label takes time, so please allow for a delivery time of 7 to 10 days. We make goods to order, therefore they cannot be sent via cash on delivery (we require prepayment).
• Handmade: The barrels are shaped by hand. Minor air bubbles, fine streaks, or lines in the glass are a natural sign of production and are not defects.
• Maintenance and cleaning: Before first use, wash the barrel with lukewarm water and a disinfectant.
• Mind the temperature: Never pour boiling water into the barrel and do not expose it to sudden temperature changes, as the glass may crack.
• Wooden base: The shade of the wood may slightly differ from the photograph depending on the current batch from the manufacturer.
