Mead with a Unique Taste
Original mead is the flagship of the Elisa brand. Its unique bittersweet flavor comes from selected honey, herbs, and spices.
Traditional honest mead from Nivnice. Elisa has been made using the original family recipe since 1973. It’s crafted from the finest Czech honeys using a non-heat process to preserve the valuable components of honey. After fermentation, it matures in deep, climate-controlled cellars. Its base is honey and water treated with the Bio Control System technology. A mix of herbs and spices gives the mead its unmistakable taste.
Refreshing in summer, warming in winter. Mead can be enjoyed chilled or warmed. In summer, it refreshes best when served at 12–16°C. In winter, heat it uncovered to a max of 50–60°C without boiling. Add a slice of lemon to either hot or cold mead.
