How best to enjoy our marmalade?
Our sugar-free apricot jam is perfect as a filling for dumplings and cakes. We like it spread on Christmas cake and bread. We actually like it either way. Because you can never have enough apricots!
Storage: marmalade does not like direct sunlight and extreme temperatures, so once opened, store in the fridge at 4-8 °C and use within 4 weeks.
