How to enjoy the syrup?
To refresh with water in a 1:7 ratio. How about as a base for homemade lemonade? Syrup, sparkling water, fresh fruit and herbs. No one can resist! You can drizzle it over fresh pancakes and add a little to yoghurt. Experiment!
Storage: our syrup likes it cold. Once opened, store the syrup in the fridge at 4-8 °C and consume within 4 weeks. The syrup does not benefit from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. The sediment is not a bad thing, on the contrary, it is proof of the use of whole fruit and unfiltered 100% juice.
