How does the ordering process work?

After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Simply reply to this email and send us the required photograph and text. Production usually takes 2–3 working days after you approve the design. 

Which photograph should you choose? 

Ideally, choose a sharp, well-lit photograph in which the faces are clearly visible. We will remove the person or people from the original background, eliminate distracting elements and prepare the photograph for engraving.

• The personalised box is made to order and therefore cannot be sent cash on delivery.
• The box is made from pine wood.
• The box measures 36 × 20 × 10 cm.
• The grain and shade of the wood may vary slightly, making every box unique.
