How best to enjoy our tea?
Cover 2 tablespoons with 1 litre of boiling water, leave to infuse in a covered container for 15 to 20 minutes and then strain. Top it off with an apple cobbler. But it will be great without it too :)
Storage: our teas like it dry and dark, so they'll be great until the last sip.
