How best to enjoy our syrup?
We always enjoy it on hot fritters or pancakes. In the summer we like it in homemade lemonades or just on its own, with tap and a sprig of mint. In winter, it's a reliable sweetener for morning tea, breakfast cereal and all day long!
Storage: once opened, it is best stored in the fridge at 4-8 °C. Use within 4 weeks. The syrup does not like direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. The sediment is not a bad thing, on the contrary, it is proof of the natural origin of the syrup.
