Combination of Bee Honey and Oriental Spices
The blend of bee honey and oriental spices gives this mead an intriguing, slightly spicy flavor that deepens with every sip. Chilli mead Elisa tastes best when chilled.
Traditional honest mead from Nivnice. Elisa has been produced according to the original family recipe since 1973. It is made from the finest Czech honeys using a cold process to preserve all the beneficial properties of bee honey. After fermentation, it matures in deep air-conditioned cellars. Its base is honey and water treated with the Bio Control System. A mixture of herbs and spices gives the mead its unique taste.
Refreshing in summer, warming in winter. Mead can be enjoyed chilled or gently heated. In summer, it refreshes when served at 12–16 °C. In winter, it is heated in an uncovered container to 50–60 °C without boiling. A slice of lemon can be added to both cold and warm mead.
