Queen of mead

Cherry mead combines rich honey with the taste of juicy cherries. Thanks to its delicious taste, it won a gold medal at the prestigious Great American IWC 2017 in New York.

Traditional, honest mead from the Moravia region. Elisa has been produced according to the original family recipe since 1973. It is made from the best Czech honey in a non-thermal way to preserve all the important substances of bee honey. After fermentation, it matures in deep, air-conditioned cellars. It is based on honey and water treated with Bio Control System technology. A blend of herbs and spices gives the mead its unmistakable flavour.

Refreshing in summer and warming in winter. The mead can be consumed both chilled and cooked. In the summer months, it is refreshing when served at a temperature of 12 to 16 degrees Celsius. In winter, heat mead in an uncovered container to a maximum temperature of 50 to 60 degrees Celsius to prevent it from boiling. A slice of lemon can be added to both cold and warm mead.
