Queen of Meads
Cherry mead combines rich honey with the taste of juicy cherries. Thanks to its delicious flavor, it was awarded a gold medal at the prestigious Great American IWC 2017 competition in New York.
Traditional honest mead from Nivnice. Elisa has been made according to the original family recipe since 1973. It is crafted from the finest Czech honeys using a cold process to preserve all the valuable substances of bee honey. After fermentation, it matures in climate-controlled cellars. Its base is honey and water treated with Bio Control System technology. A blend of herbs and spices gives the mead its distinctive taste.
Refreshing in summer, warming in winter. Mead tastes great both cold and warm. In summer, serve it at 12–16 °C. In winter, heat it in an uncovered container to a maximum of 50–60 °C, without boiling. A slice of lemon can be added – both to cold and hot mead.
