We are the producers of Elisa Mead, crafted according to an original recipe for more than 50 years. Our mead is produced exclusively using a cold process from high-quality Czech honey. After full fermentation, it matures in deep, climate-controlled cellars. Final filtration takes place on modern equipment, ensuring a crystal-clear appearance and brilliance. Elisa Mead is made solely from Czech honey, with no added sugar and no fortification with alcohol.
