How best to enjoy the jam?
Blackberry jam is perfect on fresh bread or mixed into buns. Sweet in cakes, savoury instead of chutney with Brie cheese. Stirred in sparkling water as a base for homemade lemonade. Or just like that. On the couch, out of a glass, with a movie.
Storage: Our jams don't like direct sunlight or extreme temperatures, so once opened, store them in the fridge at 4-8°C and use within 7 days.
Ingredients: blackberries 70%*, cane sugar*, 100% lemon juice*, citrus pectin. For 100 g of the product 70 g of fruit have been used.
